Impact on Woodbury real estate if Irvine HS is the assigned HS instead of Portola

I don’t think it will be drastic, but I do think it matters. Woodbury is a very nice community, and it will always have that going for it, but there are buyers that optimize for schools, and Irvine and Woodbridge HS are less desirable to buyers (rightly or wrongly).
