"Illiquid Securities" ?

With current trend of moving from VPN to identity-centric, zero trust network solutions, I was looking at AppGate (APGT). But Fidelity threw up a red banner identifying it as "illiquid security". Is this a default warning for OTC stocks, or is it actually based on trade volume?

that looks like the definition of an illiquid stock. Several days were volume is actually zero the firms don’t like the risk involved in stocks like these, that thing looks like a pinker.

I think... I'll buy Disney stocks instead. Spoke to a few engineers and they said the App Gate product is @#%@$^$2$.
