[IHB] See Spot Buy or Sell

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
I'm having issues posting on the IHB page so I'll post my thoughts here:

We really want to buy... just can't find anything we want to buy.

And while we were planning on keeping our current home and renting it out, with such low inventory, we may sell instead and cash out earlier than later.

We want to buy another one, and then sell the current home. I strongly feel the buy time was last January, and sell time is coming soon.
