Speaking of coyotes, I saw one couple months back on harbor blvd and 405 off ramp, visiting hooters I'm sure, so coyotes aren't confined to the hills

That wasn't a coyote - it was me in my Halloween costume checking out all the "goodies" hooters has to offer. Please don't tell the wife!!

I just got notification that they adjusted their prices, probably to compete with Eastwood.

Plan 2 base now $635,000 (dropped $15,000) $411/sf
Plan 3x base now $694,000 (dropped $15,000) $382/sf
