IHB hit a nerve: Proof of stage 2 of the bubble

Ok I couldn't hold back here is my response in case of censorship:

"Disgusted,

You really seem angry and you are showing signs of stage 2 syndrome. But really you think in 2007 you have to go through County records? Try www.zillow.com and www.redfin.com and you can see the last sale history.

While you bash IHB the Register essentially does the same thing by printing the last sale history of properties they feature in Sunday's Marketplace section. A few weeks ago the two they featured were losing money if they actually sell. Both were available. Another one they featured a few months ago said the last sale price wasn't available but zillow and redfin had it. You know what that house has a new owner known as the bank. While you are at it why don't you ask the 5628 people who have received a NODs for the first half of the year or 1493 people who have been foreclosed on if they were upside down or not? Considering that OC is at a 40% conversion rate those 5628 NODs will add 2251 more foreclosures before the end of the year. So you might want tone down the anger when you ask them.

Being angry isn't very zen."
