Wow... Olivos plans closing for $1.2m+... definitely back in the bubble for Quail Hill.

A casero plan for 840K. Have things gone through the roof last 7-8 months. I thought casero from the builder
was high 600's just 1 year back.

So $840k for a 3 story motorcourt?  Ouch.  But to each their own.
