[IHB] Aldeas of Oak Creek

Thanks for the article. This tract is something i tracked for many years. I think they peaked at 695 or 700 K for this specific plan.
I kept thinking 475-500 was reasonable price depending on upgrades etc. It had come down to about 540K about 1.5 years back.
I can't believe someone is listing it for >600K when Real estate is supposed to have corrected. Irvine must be special, I have no clue why.
Doesn't matter interest rates or inventory or anything else. This is really crazy. We have a new huge bubble going on.

at least they show pics of bedrooms in this listing, unlike the first.

but notice how they have to use the fisheye on them, so that you don't think that they are the 10x10 cells that they really are?
 
Why are you always so negative about Irvine?  It's supposed to be 80 on Thursday.  No need to be spending much time in the bedroom.

Of course! And no need to get a big backyard either- Irvine is filled with beautiful trails :) So green out there now.

Yes, look at the slant walls of the backyard. But the living room chairs kind of give away the size.
