I know of two that are not yet listed, but are in preparations right now... 

#1 is a SFR, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, (alas only a 2-car garage) in Northwood, likely to be priced between $800-$850K, hopefully going live within the next two weeks.

#2 is a condo, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths in Stonegate, pricing still undetermined.
