If you had your pick of any area in Irvine

I am very familiar with that model on Foxboro and I remember seeing the pictures when they listed that last year. They did a nice job without doing any major remodel. In a down market, that is one of the particular floorplans in woodbridge that I'd be interested in.  Agree with your comments, some of the others are a little overdone or just not that functional of floorplans to begin with.

The last listing in Turtle Rock looks really nice.

Regarding Woodbridge, I remember reading something about the plume, does that go through Woodbridge, or is it any concern at all to residents living under it?

Yeah, that tract is almost like huge condos, it has its own amenities. Big knock on this is it's attached on one side I think.
