That's right, it's going on right at this moment. I can hear it through the walls. There must be a jam session going on.

He's been jamming for the last 10 mins. Same song though, not bad.



How long do you think it'll be before he'll be asked to stop?

The solution. . . for a home you own, anyway. . .
 
Update: The guy stopped around 10:45PM. Sounded like he ran out of tunes to play... It seriously seemed like he was playing from his 2nd floor balcony.



Thanks for the firearm suggestion and sound proof drywall.



If I ever consider an attached property, it'd be fun to do a sound check from the other side of the wall. Now need to think of which song to play for the sound check.
