I figured out when the bottom will occur

I found when the bottom is. Here's how I figured it out.

First, the mainstream media is always late usually lagging by 3 to 6 months.

Second, pity parties will be the "in" thing because all the sheeple will be hosting them shocked that they will be losing their house.

Third, the mainstream media will report on the increase in pity parties and the proper etiquette for listening to sniveling.

Fourth, foreclosures usually take 90 to 180 days.

Fifth, add 1 through 4 and when the mainstream media reports (#3), we've hit bottom.

Genius I say!

<p><em>"Fifth, add 1 through 4 and when the mainstream media reports (#3), we've hit bottom."</em></p>

<p>This started in 1993 so I would say that the media was early to the pity party. </p>

<p>I'll know it's the bottom when sheeple are completely disgusted with housing. Just like in 2003 when I said CSCO was cheap and the lady my boss was doing a refinance for said "I'm never touching tech stocks again. I'm just going to stick with real estate." Her house in 2003 $630k, CSCO $10, a comp from the appraisal done in 2003 foreclosed on for $520k in 2007, CSCO $29. </p>
