How will Obama/Clinton/McCain tell who's who?

I keep reading about these guys (mostly Obama/Clinton, and to lesser extent McCain) yacking about a bailout for "legimate homeowners".

If we eliminate investment properties off the bat and just worry about primary homes, how are they going to decide who's "legimate" from "irresponsible" and "stupid" and "I knew what I doing, but rolled the dice anyway and am now pissed"?

How can they possibly disguish between someone who was completely and ruthlessly bamboozled from someone who just rolled the dice, wasn't paying attention, etc.? How do you prove it? Seems to me you can't.

So, if someone asked Obama (since he seems the most outspoken on this) how he was going to bail out "the right people"...what would he say? Any guesses on a plan for that?

Never doubt it... ever. Remember that any politician is going to say whatever they think will alienate the least amount of uncommited voters while simulataneously encouraging their base of voters.
