You might want to try searching LinkedIn for an appropriate contact there and sending an invite. It's the best professional Web 2.0 site I've found.
 
I'm a CT/Xray tech at Kaiser Permanente. I consider my job very secure. Our union is strong, and there's more overtime offered to me than I could possibly work. meaning that they are always short staffed...
