Check your order of operation. For example: If ten = 16, bk = 34.284 (not 46). Or you just may have forgotten to double Ten's age.

You got your operation incorrectly. [(2x tens age then take the square root) x5] + 6 is correct by Socal



You took the [(square root of Ten's age times 5) x2] +6 is incorrect.
