How much is your rent for your private rental?

Wow, i'm giving my crap away. I have a 1600ish 3/2 near UCI for 2100. Looks like I could go up another 300 a month and still be cheaper.... Looks like i'll give it a try. (their lease is up in 12 days). Maybe negotiate down from 2600-2700.

I historically do not like pets. But if you have one and i find out I will change you extra....

Right now its rented to 3 guys so its still dirt cheap for them. We will see.
