Basically, its an article about how Irvine stopped using toxic pesticides.
Interestingly, it shows that cancer in kids nationally is about 1/300000, but in Irvine it's 1/16000. We have a 1900% higher rate than the average. It could be coincidence but they didn't want to chance it.
