I've long said that anyone with $300-$500 of spare cash could bring L.A. to it's knees.
If someone was resourceful enough to drop $100 in one dollar bills over the side of the 4 Level Interchange in DTLA, over the Santa Monica Freeway/405 Off Ramp, or for that matter from the HOV flyover on the 55/405 or 57/5 Interchange at 7:30 AM, the resulting traffic jam wouldn't get cleaned up for hours. Co-ordinated cash drops, with 75% real currency and 25% fake USD, let fly during a windy day, and one can only imagine the trouble it might cause.
So it looks like someone was test marketing this theory in the Grand Rapids.

So what do you think the impact might be if this was done here on a much larger scale?
