Housing Bill Adds Second Lien Amendment

no_vas,

I do agree with the income limitations, especially in relation to the Orange County market.

However, I still disagree with the comment on the holder of the second. They're going to lose that mortgage either way. The bill gives them a chance to share in any future appreciation.

And then there is Andy Sutton:

Thanks for those links. That bit in the Sutton article about how HR3221 gives the IRS access to all your credit card transactions is somewhat ominous. Here's an article that talks more about that provision:

<em>"No, he didn?t. I?ve called his office several times to ask them to remove me from their call list, but still I get these awful voicemails from him". </em>

Stepping, you have recourse. Call his office today and tomorrow and ask to have your number removed from his "call" list. Make sure to get the name of who you spoke to.

The next three times call come in, log the date and time.

On the fourth call, call CMPD and file an "Annoying Phone Call" police report. When the person doing the follow up investigation calls his office regarding the "case", you can bet your number will be removed faster than you can say Irvine Housing Blog.

True, it's kind of a waste of city resources to have to resort to this...but ppl that get those annoying fax calls are forced to do it. We just put a trap on the line and identify the company that it's coming from. It always worked.
