<p>I was attracted to this CNBC video relating to litigation against mortgage lending for fraud. </p>

<p>My opinion is that: </p>

<p>1) the lawsuits are stupid because the lenders have no money and what ever money is left will go to the attorneys who brought the suits and </p>

<p>2) there are huge issues of proof and damages </p>

<p>Those are not my "professional" opinion, just my personal ones. Professionally, I would definitely take the cases if given the opportunity just because of the potential of attorneys fees. </p>
 
<p>Pssh, squeezing blood from a rock much? In the end the contract was signed by BOTH people, its not a matter of disclosure, its a matter of the clients not informing themselves and reading up on what the loan really was. It is going to be an uphill battle for the plaintiff.... But that's just me and i'm intellegent enough to see the difference.</p>
