<p>I was attracted to this CNBC video relating to litigation against mortgage lending for fraud. </p>

<p>My opinion is that: </p>
<p>1) the lawsuits are stupid because the lenders have no money and what ever money is left will go to the attorneys who brought the suits and </p>
<p>2) there are huge issues of proof and damages </p>
