Homeowner Association Abuse

Thanks everyone. We confronted the neighbor, in which he backed down. We also contacted the Property Management Company with complaints of our own about this neighbor who has violated a bunch of Association rules himself (apparently he didn't read his own rules very well.) My brother is an attorney, and he wrote a letter to the Association about the abuse of this particular neighbor. I also called the Property Management Company and told them this person does more harm than good for the neighborhood, and in the next meeting, a couple of the neighbors with children will vote him out. He is steaming mad because we called him out on a few violations he commited himself. Talk about hypocritical.



Well...another development, I may be transfered for my job so we may move out of here after all. In which case, if things do not improve overall, I will publicize this HOA, but I am looking for fairness.
