In light of this old CNN article entitled Dark side of the housing boom: Shoddy work money.cnn.com/2007/02/13/magazines/moneymag/construction.moneymag/index.htm, I was wondering if the readers here could share their opinion about the quality of homes by the builders in irvinve....tell us the good, the bad, and the ugly
