I’ll admit that there is quite a bit of humor laced in my comments (my marketing plan in particular) but I wasn’t trashing his idea at all.

Totally serious about marketing to Havasu and a younger demographic.

I’m all about following your bliss and being on your path.

Just wanted to throw my ideas out there about reaching a younger demographic.

Helped my dad’s dealership increase sales, thought you might benefit as well.

OK...........I am hoping to get out to havesu this summer a few times to get a little buz going.......as for getting better models...I am working on that....the guy that owns the sailboat next to my power boat works for hustler and said he could find a few models for me..........in the end I would like a web site that appeals to many demographics.

Too bad we are not in the roaring real estate boom times of 2000-2005.....I am sure that a lot of the young RE profesionals would of loved this thing.....I figure most of them are broke now.

Sounds like you’re on the right track.

Definitely agree with creating a website that would appeal to many different age groups and segments.

Branding is very important, you don’t want to alienate potential customers.

Younger, beautiful looking people having fun partying in a Tug Tub would resonate and appeal to me.

I would probably suggest more of a party atmosphere to really showcase the fun, feel-good vibe that your product creates.

Really, in my opinion that’s what you’re selling.

If you can translate that “feeling” and “vibe” into your marketing piece, the Tug Tub will be a home run.

The mentality is the same in my social circle, we buy and wear $300 True Religion jeans not because they fit better or are made better but because of the statement they make.

The same holds true for everything else and OC is ground zero for that mentality.

The Tug Tub needs to make that statement.
 
I don’t know about RE professionals.

There’s no shortage of people with money that will buy your product, even in a down economy.
 
These chicks splashing water on each other and partying in the Tug Tub would make the "statement" that I talked about earlier

I agree that ladies like these were a dime a dozen at SC. I did pretty well at SC, without the benefit of The Row - even lured away some of your greek girls. And Im doing well now. Cmon, your gonna cut ties with a Trojan just like that for not being a frat brother? Thats weak, borderline elitist. Is it because im Mexican? I wont hesitate to play the race card. Remember, we bleed cardinal and gold.

Im just saying that right now I dont know that many women that look that good and if you do, I will bow down to the Ten.

No question, I’m excited to have a fellow Trojan alum here.

You seem like a very cool and intelligent dude.

I’m not going to lie.

Ideally I was hoping you were Greek, from one of the top houses like myself.

We would have a lot more in common and could really forge a strong fellowship.

However, the fact that you pulled chicks from the Row as a non-Greek is huge.

People on this site will have no clue how difficult such an undertaking can be.

To say the odds are stacked heavily against you would be an under-statement.

That alone speaks volumes about the type of guy you are.

Now, if they were in DG or Pi Phi (the two best houses, imo) then you’re practically a god, almost in the same class as me.
 
Ten - its been ten years since i graduated and dont remember what houses the girls were from, what i do remember is that they were HOT! Your personality reminds me of a very good friend of mine. This guy is the most confident guy I know without a doubt. He thinks he is gods gift to women, there is nothing he doesnt think he can do. He is an investment banker in NYC for Citi, so the lifestyle/career/money very much fits his personality perfectly. In his defense he has backed up his talk with quality of women he has attracted and the career he has. Maybe you guys are long lost twins.

Like you said, its good to have a smart fellow trojan on board.
