So when Lennar goes bankrupt feel good that your mortgage will be paid when you get laid off but no builder customer service, and if your real lucky maybe a mechanics lean as Lennar never paid thier contractors. Where do i sign up...

Here are some of the particulars on the program:

? Coverage Period - 2 years from the closing date of the mortgage

? Payment Amount - Your Actual Monthly Payment up to $2500

? Benefit Period - Up to 6 payments during the 24- month coverage term

? Peace of Mind - Underwritten by one of the country's most reliable insurers

What? Are they going to sue the mortgage company, or their mortgage company for the money? Maybe if they sue the grading contractor, win, and actually see payment, then they will make good on this. No... I know, they will sue the car makers for making inefficient cars so people can't afford to drive to the sh*t holes they are building in. Even better, they should sue the the Fed and the Treasury for not giving them enough TARP funds. Wait, they should sue Greenspan for lowering rates too low. Then, they should sue the state of California, and the city in which they are building, for being dumb enough to issue them a permit. Oh... I could go on and on, about who they should sue, but they have some sue happy attorneys that will come up with plenty of ideas on who to sue and where to squeeze the money from. They aren't making money from selling homes, so what else can they do?

Dear Liarnar attorneys, if you have not thought of any of the ideas I have posted, and you happen to win (highly unlikely since the judge/s will be sick of seeing your sorry pathetic a$$es), then I expect 50% of the attorney fees you receive. Otherwise, I will sue you for all the fees plus damages. I will be watching the court filings, and my damages will be very costly.

Oh crap, now they will probably sue me. And, I think they might sue awgee for not using the proper font for their disclosure. Good thing they can't sue IHB for doom and gloom, because they would have been screwed when the judge ruled in favor of the defendant for understanding reality.
