No. The fun is taking a car you built to the track and going 190, waxing up on guys who paid somebody to work on thier cars who only do 185........

Working on the car at the track sucks. Working on the car at home is a lot of fun. For me anyway. I suspect my wife would perfer that I play more poker and work on the car less after we discussed the parts bill from last month.

33 Streamwood sold at the foreclosure auction for $217k, not back to the bank, but someone bought it. I'm thinking the rent on it would be any where from $1200 to $1500, or a GRM of 180 to 145.
