I want to thank Irvine Realtor for the surprise visit to Floral Park yesterday to drop off a Chinese New year and Valentines Day goodie bag.

He has been paying a lot of attention to the Chinese culture. The Oranges have the stem and leaves attached to them. ( Has anyone seen a realtor snooping around the Kathy Wheeler library and the orchard behind the library with a ladder?)

In the red bag was the trademarked Irvine realtor 6 pack beer with 5 bottles. (CK must have left his fridge unattended again). I know Irvine is safe but you got to keep your doors locked.

Irvine Realtor is a classy guy and really goes out of his way to show his appreciation and with genuine attitude lacking the evil money motive and ethic like many realtors known for.

Now I have to check every house between Floral Park and Irvine to see if Irvine Realtor left a similar goodie bag instead of just some useless calendar magnets, pens and note pads.

If I ever need to sell my home in Santa Ana then I would first have to create a dual citizenship for Santa Ana/ Irvine Realtor.

This is not a paid endorsement.

Irvine Realtor always put ethic and relationship first before the transaction.

That's strange, we came home from Chinese New Year dinner last night and found 1 bottle of beer on our front step. I was wondering who the lucky one was to score the other 5...I now know. <!-- s;) -->;)<!-- s;) -->

And I could not agree more with the words about Scott. Just a class act all the way around. Proud to call him my neigbhor, friend, and realtor.

...so how about that weather over the Chinese New Year? Was anybody thinking "what am I doing eating this hot pot when it is 85 degrees outside? I had hot pot two days in a row --- Saturday night at mother-in-laws, and then last night at Little Fat Sheep in Monterey Park. I weighed in 5 lbs heavier this morning than I was last Friday!

Lucky me then because you were out enjoying hot pot and not being home to answer the bell.

I went into my office yesterday to finish a WE analysis that I promised a TI member so I missed the beer fairy too.

The restaurants in SGV were insanely busy on Saturday when I went and Sunday was a lot more hectic so I avoided it.

C'mon you crazy white guy. You do the BBQ grille thing on a hot summer night too!

If weren't for you and Scott that ghetto 714 inland empire of Irvine would have experienced plummeted home prices and mass exodus.
