My sun is partially covered with clouds now.. I will say $448/SF is good enough.

sorry to pop ur bubble... but its not all sunshine in irvine either... just got on the 405 like at 9ish n was pouring like no tomorrow i was like ok screw this and i went back home... LOL... then it cleared up after like half an hour, n im like ok fine gosh n did my long drive back to los angeles which surprisingly is pretty sunny (although my gf says it was pouring last nite like no other with thunder n everything)... =_=;;... im actually pretty scared of hail... in pittsburgh n boston, ive seen the damages that stuff can do to ppls cars... :-\

Yes, it got pretty dark here too.
 
Roughly 1/4 inch here in RSM. Still pockets of it in sun shaded areas. Expect to see it in the AM. Nice to have a change of seasons, no?
