YAY! Who says we live dull and boring lives like our beige homes? Irvine has seen plenty of excitement in 2013 already and it's only February!

Speaking of the beige homes, I'm seriously considering replacing the white baseboard around the house. I'll get a chance to hide the speaker wires too. Any suggestions?
