Anyone watch this documentary about Lennar's corruption and cover ups regarding the toxic soil in Great Park:
We used to live in Great Park Neighborhoods and are concerned what long term health effects this may pose and were completely unaware about this prior to watching this documentary which was posted by another concerned homeowner on Nextdoor.
Not sure if the builders and realtors in Great Park Neighborhoods are providing disclosures about this in the purchase contracts but I assume that a lot of people are unaware of this toxic soil issue in Great Park!
