Hi TI Community,

I'm new to the forum, it's my first post, and I'm looking for a new home

Can anyone confirm if the Great Park models will be open this summer? I'm interested after seeing the plans and finding out it's the same developer that created Villages of Colombus.http://www.fivepointcommunities.com/great-park-neighborhoods/

doubt it.  I read some article in OC register late last year that they said that they hope to get families moved in before the holidays in 2013.

That still jives with a summer opening. Usually takes 3 to 6 months to build a house so a June/July model opening will get buyers into a home in a Nov/Dec time frame.
