We're getting quotes for garage epoxy, probably will use premier.
At the edge of one of the expansion joints is a chipped edge, about 2 inches wide. It's on the left side of the garage and is visible even with a car parked there.
Appraisers are saying they won't be able to fix it but they can epoxy over it without concern for stability.
1. Can this make the expoxy more likely to chip/break?
2. I honestly don't really care too much about the aesthetic, but is it worth trying to repair prior to epoxy?
