Garage door opener work referral?

Need some work done on the garage door opener and wondering if anyone had any referrals?

Specific issues?

1) Motion sensors seem to be in zombie mode after a power outage, will trigger door to go back up at random times
2) Aligning the pull chain back on the track - chain doesn't seem to be aligned properly on the track

Thanks if anyone has any info
