Hi everyone! If you’re looking for a friendly way for your child to practice discussing books and expressing ideas in English, my daughter Amy leads the North Irvine chapter of Read to Respond. She’s a Creative Writing student at OCSA.
The club is free and meets monthly on Zoom for children in sixth grade and below. Kids read and discuss stories, share different perspectives, and explore ideas for community service. English learners are welcome, along with children who already love books and want to meet other readers.
Interested? Register using the link or QR code below, or reply here with any questions.
