Hi everyone! My daughter Amy, a Creative Writing student at OCSA, leads the North Irvine chapter of Read to Respond, and we’d love to welcome more young readers.
It’s a free online book club for children in sixth grade and below. The group meets monthly on Zoom to read and discuss stories, share ideas, and explore community service projects.
We especially welcome children learning English who would enjoy a friendly place to practice expressing their thoughts. Whether your child loves reading or could use some encouragement to join a discussion, we’d be happy to have them!
