Assuming that the house was not placed on MLS, how long does foreclosure radar list a REO house?

I've been following a REO house on FR for a while now. It was never listed on redfin. Today, it just disappeared from for FR. does this mean that the bank sold it on the side? Is this what's happening to a lot of "shadow inventory?"

Good question. One of the homes I watch is still not listed and disappeared from FR.

Your situation is rare. Please post the address and I will track it down for you.

Do you remember how long after it was taken back from the bank it dropped of FR?

I can't remember the exact address. on google maps, this address will bring you there, but I recall that the street number is not correct, but close. Its the house on the south side of the street, 3rd house from the west end of the street. The one with 4 garage and balcony facing the street and pool and grey roof.

[quote author="No_Such_Reality" date=1252902586]FR tracks NODs, REOs, and 3rd Party Repos for 120 days. After that, you need to click the include historical and set the date range to find it.</blockquote>

Thanks, that makes perfect sense.
