This Article out of todays Palm Springs paper says Riverside had 12,000+ NOD`s

just in March. 28,000 for the quarter. 1 in every 27 Homes is NOD.

And who was it saying "now was a good time to buy" some income

generating property in the IE ?



"Better hurry. These properties wont last long on the market at this price".

I didn't know there was a California Foreclosure Prevention Act going into effect this summer. Is this like a permament law of that bill that came last fall?
