This was partly my own fault. After I was laid off from a higher paying position, I spent the severance money to backpack through Europe (ate my way from France through Belgium and Netherlands) and attend culinary school in Laguna Beach instead of getting PMP cert. Can't say that I remember everything from school, but I ate very well during that time.
