...now it's an apartment Complex...

I was driving to work today and noticed some large Banners on the Corner of Jamboree and Alton advertising yet another street-side Apartment complex called Avalon...

The Artists impression is very deceiving, it shows one Car and a nice Sidewalk populated by people.....shouldn't they be a little more realistic and show some big 18-wheelers growling away from the red lights at the busy intersection you'll be unlucky to overlook?
