More whopping pitchers full of Kool-Aid.

My favorite parts were when one guy said if you have money to invest you should "look into buying a second property that cash flows." You don't say? Where would that be, Mars?
And of course the genius (at spending other people's money and declaring bankruptcy) Donald Trump claiming that Florida is a great place to buy real estate right now!
