I knew it, the Fed and the hedge funds that are short selling the stock market, know e v e r y t h i n g.
I'd love to have access to the data behind this application.
I read that the hedge fund that John Paulson created was monitoring thousands of mortgages and other data using propietary technology.
Usually shorts are very smart.

I loved that map and how they broke down counties into zip codes. Why don't they show non-subprime loans?

Only 58.9% of subprime loans are current. That means 41.1% of subprime loans in California are not current. Wow.
