Faucet cartrige gone bad in 2 years?

I bought a new build from California Pacific Homes at the end of 2015 and I've had to replace multiple sink/shower cartridges in the bathrooms. Is there a reason these would all be going bad so fast?

I had mine go out after a year. The manufacturer usually covers the parts though. Moen had a long warranty on theirs.

Mine in the kitchen went out after about 3 years. Moen has a lifetime warranty on parts. Just give them a call and have them send you a new one free of charge. It was super easy to replace. Took less than 5 minutes. Youtube it. It might be the hard water in socal.
