i thought that FAN and FRE never did participate in the less than prime credit market? I thought that it was non-GSEs/wall street that took it.



How much of their book is alt-a or subprime?

Ah, the official end to Alt-A. I love it... A constricted buyer pool is a healthier buyer pool. Come on 20% down, 28/36 ratios, and full doc! My cash is just waiting to be unleashed!!!

Says 11% of their 3T$ in mortgages. Most of their losses came from Alt-A loans.
