Chandler Island. I will move. I will build sustainable by using local materials. I will eat sustainable by eating local. Fish for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I will have lovely skin and hair, and lose all extra weight- there won't be a single vending machine in sight. I will home school my children and never worry about what can go wrong from the time they step out of the car to step into the school gate. Life will be beautiful.

We're going to have to measure these dream homes in "Irvine Units" - as in Underwood Island is $250,000 or 1/4 of 1 Irvine "xxxx" home unit.

What I'm curious about is how you came across this website. I think you must have had a buyer come to you to mortgage an island!

I had someone who owned and Island and we had no idea what collateral value it had. May as well go to the intarwebs to find out.
