Expected Credit To Buyer

Would anyone know if we received an email from the sellers agent agreeing (the sellers) to our request to credit us $4,300 for repairs, but the have not signed the our request for repairs yet, can we still hold them accountable? Just asking as we have moved forward with the deal since then and would like to know if we should continue moving forward. Any feed back would be great.

You should have a completed CAR form "RR" from the seller to take out any ambiguity...

Otherwise you are leaving it up to a mediator (or arbitrator) to decide if there is a problem later.
