What little I remember from macro-economics - as the supply curve goes up the price curve trends down until equilibrium is reached (with demand)... makes me think about the message I just received today from VOC, wondering if I was still interested... hmm (although I really liked the floorplan) for mid-900's, not a chance.</p>

<p>IrvineRenter - is there any new info on "new home sales" for Q1 (or is it monthly?) Maybe there had already been a dataquickpost... With existing sales down, it seems that new sales would be trending in a similiar manner...</p>
 
Well if the weather is to blame....I am feeling monsoon season coming along, think Leareah can figure out a way to say a monsoon can last for yrs?

I think Lereah has already said this downturn was going to last through 2008, from his previous statements that "the worst is over"!! I am also reading that the downturn has now spread to Canada.
