How would you guys compare HEL and HELOCs for the near future? Haven't had a chance to dig deep but would like some input from the wise Irvine peeps 
. Interest rate, monthly payment, best utilization of each type of loan, risk with over leveraging?
I don't have much to offer, but will post some pics from recent travel later tonight.
