This is the daily midnight flight to Taipei.  Clear weather last Friday as I recall.  Check out the conversation between the traffic controller and pilot.  They make an awesome pair

That's pretty scary.  Out of curiosity I typed "Real ATC near collision" into YouTube and found a disturbing amount of results. Lots of close calls out there.
