I have mine from when I was young.

He always finds a nice hole in the christmas tree and fills the gap nicely.

Mine is named Nelf (Nelf the Elf).

Excellent name! I look forward to finding a new spot for ours each night and watching my boys search for him in the morning...

If it keeps the kids busy for ten minutes - it's ten minutes of sanity for the parents. %-P

Just heard about this. I think it's brilliant! Don't have kids yet, wonder if it would work well with my dogs? ;)

That's cute, maybe I'll start it next year, the kids are 3 and 4 now, probably won't work until then.

We started when my first was 3.5. Works much better now and is more fun that he is 4.5. He got in a little trouble the other day and had to tell Alex the Elf about it who of course would be reporting back to Santa. He didn't like that at all...
