it is designed to close quickly as seller most likely needs money fast for whatever reason and willing to sacrifice a bit of profit/sale price.

I partook in this event. The seller agent said they received 23 offers and closed very fast after 1st round of multiple counter offer. My guess is it closes around $2.5-2.6M
