Reasonable prices, great service. Good YELP reviews. I used to take my clothes to Tip Top in Tustin for the $2 special but it became a chore for me to drive down Irvine Blvd (slow Asian drivers).
The difference I notice is that pants cost $4 at Heritage but I can wear them 3-4 times before dropping them off again. At Tip Top, it was every 1-2 times.
