Dove Canyon Flip

The flipper recently paid 602,000 to the bank. New landscaping, flooring and paint were installed. Now listed at 769,000. I'm curious to see what this sells for.
 
Good buy at 602k. Unless they poured a ton of money into the I assume minor upgrades (kitchen looks stock) I'd think they'd make some money on the flip. At our house we like to say Dove Canyon is a poor man's Coto. No offense to Dove Canyon dwellers - it just wasn't our cup of tea.

I agree - Coto is my favorite too. :coolsmirk:
 
A tidy profit is still possible for a few months of ownership in a lousy market:
